A Peek Into My Hidden Garden and WOYWW #375

Happy Wednesday Everyone! YUP, it's that time again already and I cannot believe how FAST this week has gone! Today for What's on Your Workdesk Wednesday #375 (WOYWW) I am sharing with you not only my desk space, but also my bit of heaven I call my Hidden Garden... a corner of our  new home that was made by God, designed by Mother Nature (I may have tweaked it just a little - grin) and maintained by me - ENJOY!
M desk today is unusually clean except for my collection of gel pens and and some brand new affordable pencil crayons by Prismacolor
I am getting ready to color up some Susan K. Weckesser stamps for a BIG Giveaway I am doing on my blog this weekend, starting tomorrow... make sure you pop back in because I will be giving a way an entire set of the brand new Susan K. Weckesser Color POP Mini inks by Color Box!
I have to share ... I snagged this set of 60 Prismacolor pencil crayons for $20 off of Amazon.ca (here in Canada)... It is an amazing deal and I ordered them on Friday and they were in my mailbox on Tuesday!
Now here is a corner of  my studio where I am finishing up some work for my very first submission to an art show in Kimberly, British Columbia, Canada in September... (Gulp)
And here is my finished Fairy Lady (for those of you who saw her unfinished a few weeks ago).  I am in love with how this turned out but terrified of putting her on display!
And now for a tour of my Hidden Fairy Garden...
You already know it is a magical place when you enter through this Mulberry Tree
And pass by this hill-side rock garden full of fairies and whimsical creatures...
who are protected by The Lion Head ...
And the sound of running water...
To get to my sitting place under the apple and plumb trees
Where I can sit and look at my lovely rock garden and recharge my batteries through the magical energy that comes from being surrounded on every side by this magnificent canvas created by Mother Nature... Swoon!
And as if that is not enough already... I am sharing this amazing photo I able to get yesterday of the baby birdies in our Grain Elevator bird house... very close to flying the nest!
I hope you enjoyed this bit of my world today and as always Please do leave me a comment if you like what you see!

  1. Hello Lynne. What fun... And how fabulous to have those baby birds. What are they? They don't look like ones we would have here in UK.
Hope you get photos of them actually fledging.
    Take care. God bless.

    1. Dear Margaret, thank you for the visit and the lovely comment. The birds are barn swallows and this is the second family to have used this birdhouse this summer... I think it is Prime Realestate for birds!
