Christmas Tags Mixed Media Style for the STAMPLorations TAGplorations Hop

Today I am delighted to be sharing more of my Christmas tags created for the Stamplorations' Holiday TAGploration hop...

Here are some tags I created using the ARTplorations Holly Background stencil and several different pastes... (Go HERE to see the tutorial where I created these mixed media backgrounds.)    

Using the CUTplorations Luggage Tag Dies it was so easy to cut out these tags from the backgrounds I created and I kept it simple using a few jewels and pearls to accent the holly berries on a few of the tags...

But I loved this particular background created using Snowflake Paste so  much I decided to add the cardinal from the STAMPlorations Birds and Blooms set, painted with some watercolor to really make this tag special.

Once it was cut out and mounted on the tag using foam pop dots, I accented the holly berries with Ruby Slippers Stickles and added some gold cord and I LOVE it!
