And then She Flew... |
Happy What's on YOUR Workdesk Wednesday! Here are a few snaps of what I see from my two workdesks and a rare view of my stamping desk - Rare because you usually cannot SEE IT! Grin I am kind of cheating as I am doing this post ahead since I am flying off to spend my annual art week with a dear friend, but I don't want to miss this post! And do pop on over to the Stamping Ground if you want to see more workdesks!
The window ledge over my workdesk full of my art and other things that inspire me (like my girls who fly) |
My other window ledge where I am keeping these 4x6 canvas I created for more inspiration and motivation... |
I can't believe I am here for the 361st WOYWW... that's pretty incredible! Not me posting, but that the SEVENTH Anniversary of this really wonderful weekly hop is coming up on May 25th of this year. This is something Julia Dunnit over at the Stamping Ground started, just because - and this no pressure, no competition, no cleaning UP visiting of people's workdesks all over the world really resonated with a lot of people and it is still going strong SEVEN YEARS IN - Wow!!! Here is the link to an event for the 7th anniversary which you can join if you want to. I am ABSOLUTELY joining in, especially since it's my Birthday on the 27th of May and this would be like getting birthday presents!! Grin
So Thanks for popping in today... and if you are here from the WOYWW link let me know who you are and I'll make sure I return the visit!
Cheers!

Hi Lynne
ReplyDeleteThank you for visiting my blog and your lovely comments.
I see you have a fabulous workspace. One I would be happy to sit and create in.
Hope you have a nice time being creative with like minded people. I will be with my crafty friends tomorrow, we have been meeting for over 20 years.
Kind regards

Love how you surround yourself with your art Lynne! This is what I want to do too, once I get a bit more space. Beautiful colours all around! Enjoy your art week! zsuzsa #32
ReplyDeleteSome lovely projects you've shown us today Lynne. Happy woyww Jill #6
ReplyDeleteWhat a great space, Lynne. Lots around to inspire you to further heights. The flying ladies reminded me of the song "let's go fly a kite"!!! Cute. I've taken a really nosey peak all round your site - lots to look at. My hubby and I were blessed to visit British Columbia for our Silver anniversary and travel on the Rocky Mountaineer train. Stunning! We loved it, and left our hearts there - I can quite see why you had to move there...
ReplyDeleteTake care. God bless.

I just can't get over the Sisterhood of the Snarky Stampers--that group sounds fabulous!!! I love all your inspirational art--it is inspiring me to get some stamping done. So here's what we'll do...you find a cross-stitch UFO, and I'll get out my stamps and we'll do a cross-over. Have an amazing art week, and thanks so much for visiting and brightening my day. ReplyDeleteYou have your goodies well organized around your work area! Cool canvases! And your window ledge looks fascinating. Love your Sisterhood name! What a hoot! Thanks for the visit! Happy WOYWW!

ReplyDeleteSharon #39 another May baby :)
A full week of crafty fun with a friend sounds heavenly. Enjoy. Then to come back to a clean area with new material to play with. Sounds too good to be true, if it weren't for the fact that most of us crafters are notorious for shopping as well. Love your inspirational canvases and your flying girls. Happy Wednesday, LisaDV #36
ReplyDeleteLovely space and gorgeous art work, love it. Have a great woyww and happy crafting, Angela x 24
ReplyDeleteHappy to have found you and will follow you on Google +.

ReplyDeleteGood morning, Lynn! Thank you for stopping by my desk and your sweet comment. You are very talented with your canvas' and flying girls! Everyone seems gaga over the Altanew stamps. I guess I must cave in and pay their site a visit. ;-) I look forward to you stopping by for another visit.
ReplyDeleteCreative Blessings! Kelly #40
Horrah I have finally made it to the PC again after posting my desk rather hurriedly on Wednesday!
ReplyDeleteLoving all your "girls that fly" so dreamy and gorgeous rich colours too.
